Earlier this month, 10 of Frederick's local businesses received the honor of being named a Family Friendly Business. These 10 companies, recognized by the Office of Economic Development were ranked among hundreds acording to their creative execution of employee benefits and family friendly philosophy of work life balance. The policies of these 10 companies can be applauded for improving the lives of their customers and employees and making it a little easier for Frederick County residents to work closer to home.
